Please only click PLACE ORDER once to avoid duplicate charges. Please review your order carefully. Once submitted, your order cannot be modified. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the following day & ship 2-3 days after that.
Please note that we do our very best to keep the web site items up to date, but there may be times when items are shown as “in stock” on the web, but they are “out of stock” in our warehouse. We will contact you if there is a problem.

Jagger Spun stands behind the quality of our products and will gladly refund payment for any yarn which is defective. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at 207-324-4455 within 30 days and we will be happy to process your return or exchange. Returns must be approved before being returned. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on orders returned within 30 days. After 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
All fiber sales are FINAL. No returns.
